The Arabian Desert, is a vast desert in Western Asia that encompasses most of the Arabian Peninsula, it stretches from Yemen to the Persian Gulf and Oman to Jordan and Iraq and is part of the deserts and xeric shrublands biome with a mostly-dry climate. This sample was collected in Saudi Arabia from the Al-Dahna Desert, within the larger Arabian Desert.
